Register as a Band or Acoustic Artist
We are always keen to find new Young bands and artists. Whether you are an experienced band or you are looking to get more live performance experience, we'd love to hear from you. Please note that bands are unremunerated as income generated from gigs is used to create more opportunities for young people. Our application process has three stages (some are age dependent) and you will not be offered performance opportunities until all three are completed to ensure safeguarding requirements are met.
Register your Band/Artist Name
We operate live music events across most weekends. Before we can identify events where you will benefit most and how we can support you we need to know information about your act. This may include level of experience, style of music, social media links, etc.
Become a Basement Door Member
To ensure we know about you as an individual and have you correct contact information to offer you gigs and opportunities we will register you as a member of the Basement Door. This will give you access to members information such as upcoming training and oppertunities.
Parental Approval or DBS Check
For members under 18 years: Before we issue your membership an email will be sent to your parent or guardian to ensure that we have parental approval
For Over 18's:
A DBS check will be carried out for free to ensure safeguarding requirements are met.
